Call for Volunteers

The Board of Directors has established the following committees to allow more engagement within our community:

  • Roads Committee
  • Communications Committee
  • Social Committee
  • NEW!! Ballot Committee

If you are willing to volunteer to serve our community, please contact the Chair of the Committee that most interests you, the President, or any member of the Board.

2025 Annual Meeting of the Members

The next Annual Meeting of the Members has been scheduled to convene at 10:00 AM on May 3rd, 2025 in the Council Chamber of Dubois Town Hall.  All Members are invited and encouraged to attend the meeting.

  • Nomination for Board of Directors must be received no later than 5:00 PM MDT on April 6, 2025.
  • Nomination for the Ballot Committee must be received no later than 5:00 PM MDT on April 6, 2025.

Nominations may be submitted via email to “board@ulwsa.org” or via US Mail to “ULWSA Nominations, PO Box 692, Dubois WY 82513."

Comprehensive Road Maintenance Project Approved

The Board of Directors voted unanimously to approve road maintenance projects throughout the subdivision.  Special thanks to Doug Mallory for all his hard work assembling the estimates and project details.  The exact Motion passed is:

MOTION to approve $24,925 for road repairs to:

  1. Spruce Creek Ct: clean ditches and grade road to the second culvert, including debris disposal and application of approximately 40 cubic yards of gravel (4 loads)
  2. Bachelor Creek Ct: grade road, application of 40 cubic yards of gravel (4 loads).  install a 12" x 20' culvert
  3. Hart Trail (from Soda Springs Dr to Hart Ct): rip, pull ditches, and blade.  install 24"x30' culvert
  4. Hart Trail & Lower Hart Trail (from Hart Ct to end of Lower Hart Trail): grade and pull ditches, breach berms
  5. Hart Trail & Lower Hart Trail (from Soda Springs Dr to end of Lower Hart Trail): application of 200 cubic yards of gravel
  6. Hart Ct: install 18" x 30' culvert, grade, clean ditch, and application of 10 cubic yards of gravel
  7. Green River Dr (public portion only): install 18" x 20' culvert, grading/shaping, clean ditch, and application of 30 cubic yards (3 loads) of gravel
  8. Water Gulch Ct: grade and repair 

Work to be directed by the Roads Committee and completed before Winter.

Motion approved via Action Taken Without a Meeting and was approved by consensus of all Directors.

The Board is also considering a maintenance project for Spring Creek Trail, but agree that the non-ULWSA residents of that road should be asked to share in the cost of repairs.  The approved motion is:

MOTION to direct Roads Committee to seek financial participation of non-ULWSA owners along Spring Creek Trail for maintenance and repairs to ULWSA-maintained portions of Spring Creek Trail including grading the road and application of 30 cubic yards of gravel with an estimated project total of $1,850.  Roads Committee to report back to the Board as soon as possible.

Motion approved via Action Taken Without a Meeting and was approved by consensus of all Directors.
