The Board of Directors has established the following committees to allow more engagement within our community:

Social Committee

If you are willing to volunteer to serve our community, please contact the Chair of the Committee that most interests you, the President, or any member of the Board.

NOTE: The activities of the "Board" during this year were unofficial as the Upper Little Warm Springs Association had been dissolved administratively by the State of Wyoming for failure to make required filings.

Wyoming State Code

Signed into law as WY Stat § 8-3-123 on March 3rd, 2010. Wyoming is the first state to adopt a code of ethics BY LAW. The text of the statute provides:

(a) The code of the west, as derived from the book, Cowboy Ethics by James P. Owen, and summarized as follows, is the official state code of Wyoming. The code includes:

Live each day with courage;
Take pride in your work;
Always finish what you start;
Do what has to be done;
Be tough, but fair;
When you make a promise, keep it;
Ride for the brand;
Talk less, say more;
Remember that some things are not for sale;
Know where to draw the line.
