During a Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors on March 13, 2025, the following matter was adopted unanimously by the Directors present:
- Adopted Motion: Authorize the Board of Directors to investigate the feasibility of selling or granting the parcel currently owned by the ULWSA (Parcel #41070940301500) back to its former owner or to a land conservancy organization for the purpose of eliminating the ongoing real estate tax expense paid by the ULWSA (currently $225.02 for the 2024 tax year). The Board acknowledges that the lot is unusable for its intended purpose of building a fire department substation and that the Association does not anticipate any other practical use for the lot that justifies the tax expense.
