Long-Term Homeowner's Exemption: 50% OFF

Homeowner's Exemption: 25% OFF

Applies to the first $3,000,000 of fair market value for your primary residence and associated land up to 35 acres

Qualifications:

  • Must be 65+ years old
  • Paid Wyoming residential property tax for 25+ years
  • Occupy home for not less than 8 months of the year

!! If the People's Initiative is enacted into law, an owner who qualifies and applies for the Long-Term Homeowners exemption shall NOT qualify for the initiative. !!

Applies to the first $1,000,000 of fair market value for your primary residence and associated land

Qualification:

  • The owner must occupy the home for not less than 8 months of the year
