Thirty (30) miles per hour in any urban district and in any residence district or subdivision except on roads that have been designated a private road pursuant to W.S. 18-5-306(a)(vii);

The ULWSA recommends 25 mph or slower to aid in the preservation of road surface and to help prevent washboarding of unpaved roads.
