Candidate Gail Rae
It is unfortunate to have to resort to emailing my information because some directors are telling me what I can and cannot say as a candidate in the town hall meeting on 9/16.
I am a Wyoming native and have lived in the subdivision for over 20 years.
I have never been involved in a lawsuit as a plaintiff or defendant and never have had an issue with the covenants .
As the board stands now, 3 directors can rubberstamp motions without input from other owners. This is one of the reasons I do not support the 2023 by-laws they voted to approve.
I am running to add diversity to the board and represent those who are dissatisfied with the actions of those directors.
As a director, I believe that property values have to be maintained, conflicts mediated, owners treated equally, funds managed responsibly, and the HOA directors held accountable.
Thank you
