ROADS COMMITTEE GUIDANCE

By consensus, the Board is providing the following guidance to the Roads Committee for research and proposals to be provided to the Board of Directors:

  1. Research and develop a proposal for the long-term repair of Hart Trail from the intersection with Soda Springs Drive to the intersection with Lower Hart Trail, then from that intersection to 92 Lower Hart Trail--especially with regard to water drainage.
  2. Research and develop a prioritized list of minor repairs and cost estimates needed throughout the subdivision on roads for which the ULWSA is responsible.
  3. Investigate and develop a complete list of repairs needed for Soda Springs Drive and Geyser Creek Connector for presentation to the County Commission.  Special emphasis for inclusion of culvert recommendations, re-ditching, and water drainage management.
