Architectural Control Committee

All construction projects within the Upper Little Warm Spring Subdivision must be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Control Committee ("ACC"), in accordance with the Covenants:

. . . No building shall be erected, placed or altered on any lot until the construction plans and specifications and a plan showing the location of the structure have been approved by the Architectural Control Committee as to quality of workmanship and materials, harmony of external design with existing structures, and as to location with respect to topography and finish grade elevation.

PLEASE NOTE: While the ACC's evaluation of owner applications is based on the standards listed in the Covenants (quality of workmanship and materials, harmony of external design with existing structures, and location with respect to topography and finish grade elevation), all other Covenant requirements must be met at all times as well.

COMING SOON!

Soon, owners will be able to submit their plans or other requests for approval to the ACC through this website.

Please contact: president AT ulwsa DOT org for information on submitting plans in the meantime.
