Annual Meeting of Owners
The 2023 Annual Meeting of the Upper Little Warm Springs Association, the homeowners association of the Upper Little Warm Spring Creek subdivision, will be held on September 9, 2023, starting at 10:00 AM, at Mountain Grace Church, 27 Gilliland Ave, Dubois, WY 82513.
All owners of lots in the Upper Little Warm Spring Creek subdivision are invited and encouraged to attend. For those unable to attend in person, online video conferencing and conference call options will be available.
Board of Directors Election
As of now, owners are invited to declare their intent to stand as a candidate for either of the two Director seats subject to this year's election. To declare intent, a candidate must notify the Association via email to board@ulwsa.org or via U.S. Mail to ULWSA, PO Box 692, Dubois WY 82513.
For your reference, the current Board of Directors includes:
- Eriks Goodwin, President (running for re-election)
- Larry Wilke, Vice President (running for re-election)
- Peter Tattersall, Treasurer (NOT running for re-election)
- Mark Bowers, Assistant Treasurer (term expires 2024)
- Matt Neuerburg (term expires 2024)
Leading up to the meeting, here are some important dates:
August 2, 2023: Last day for notification of an owner's intent to stand as a candidate for the Board of Directors to be received.

August 3, 2023: The Secretary shall validate the list of declared candidates as per ULWSA Bylaws and forward the list to the President for announcement via ULWSA.org and our eMail list.
August 5, 2023: A mailing via U.S. Mail will be prepared and sent to all current owners, which will include:
- Invitation to the Annual Meeting, including remote attendance instructions.
- A proxy form, instructions, and a return envelope for those owners who want to vote, but cannot attend the Annual Meeting in person.
- A copy of the Meeting Agenda for the Annual Meeting, including any business items (motions) duly submitted on or before August 3, 2022.
- Any current member of the Board of Directors can place items on the agenda
- Any owner, with six concurring owners, can place items on the agenda.
September 5, 2023: Last day for proxies to be received via U.S. Mail. (proxies received after September 5, 2023, will be deemed invalid)
