Save the date! March 5, 2022. An informal workgroup/forum event is open to all owners of land in the Upper Little Warm Spring Creek subdivision. The purpose is to work together to review the current Covenants (written in 1974) and the current Bylaws (written in 2020) to see where the owners agree changes should be made--so as to better aid the Board as it moves forward on behalf of the owners this term. The desired outcome is to drive interest and engagement of the owners in the process of improving our neighborhood. The event will be moderated by Eriks Goodwin. A package of documentation will soon be available for attendees to review prior to the event. Coffee service will be provided!
