Call for Volunteers

The Board of Directors has established the following committees to allow more engagement within our community:

Roads Committee
Communications Committee
Social Committee

If you are willing to volunteer to serve our community, please contact the Chair of the Committee that most interests you, the President, or any member of the Board.

For those who plan to attend the Forum, you may do so in person or remotely. Please check your email for login details via the BlueJeans video conference system. If you are not on our email list, please click here to sign up! If you do not receive the details, please write to [ president AT ulwsa DOT org ]. Participant materials are attached to this article.

If attending in person, please print your own copy of the materials as only a limited number of copies will be available at the site.

We're meeting at the Headwaters Arts & Conference Center in Dubois. We'll start about 10 AM.

Coffee service provided! And our social committee is providing some food as well!

Owner Forum Participant Materials

Wyoming State Code

Signed into law as WY Stat § 8-3-123 on March 3rd, 2010. Wyoming is the first state to adopt a code of ethics BY LAW. The text of the statute provides:

(a) The code of the west, as derived from the book, Cowboy Ethics by James P. Owen, and summarized as follows, is the official state code of Wyoming. The code includes:

Live each day with courage;
Take pride in your work;
Always finish what you start;
Do what has to be done;
Be tough, but fair;
When you make a promise, keep it;
Ride for the brand;
Talk less, say more;
Remember that some things are not for sale;
Know where to draw the line.
