During a Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors held on March 13, 2025, the following motions regarding the 2025 Annual Meeting of the Members were adopted unanimously by the Directors present for the meeting:

The next Annual Meeting of the Members has been scheduled to convene at 10:00 AM on May 3rd, 2025 in the Council Chamber of Dubois Town Hall. All Members are invited and encouraged to attend the meeting.

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that it has filled the vacancy left by the departure of Nancy Wolfe. The Board appreciates the hard work of Nancy to serve our community and wishes her and her husband all the best in their new home elsewhere in Dubois.
By unanimous decision of the Board, Jason Wagner has been appointed to serve the remainder of Nancy's term. Jason is a teacher of English and Social Studies at Dubois Middle School and a year-round resident of our subdivision. Please make him feel welcome as he steps up to serve our community.
The ULWSA Social Committee had a successful booth at the Dubois Cowboy Christmas event and parade on December 1st. Huge thanks to Lynne Neuerburg and Klaus Goodwin for their efforts. Proceeds from the food sales will benefit the road maintenance of our subdivision.
The next Regular Meeting of the Board will be held at 6:00 pm on March 24, 2024 in the Wind River Valley Arts Guild, 20 Stalnaker St, 2nd Floor, Dubois, Wyoming. Members may attend remotely via Google Meet (details will be emailed to our mailing list prior to meetings--be sure you're subscribed to our mailing list! An Annual Meeting of the Members of the ULWSA was conducted on January 20, 2024. The meeting was well attended and many members chose to participate and share their views with the Board and their fellow members.
To adopt new Bylaws or make amendments to them, a vote of 2/3 (66%) or a simple majority of votes cast based on the entire lot count, whichever is lesser, is required for adoption. The vote tally at the Annual Meeting was:
During a Special Meeting of the Board, held on November 30, 2023, all Directors were present and the Board voted unanimously to approve/acknowledge:

The Board of Directors has been consulting with the Association's legal counsel with regard to the Association's Bylaws. We believe that the current and former Boards of Directors have made Bylaws amendments in good faith based on the provisions of the Bylaws. However, we have come to understand that previous bylaws may not have been adopted in compliance with Wyoming law.
